Hi @ela.muds. Sometimes it is important to find flavors similar to those we already know from the non-vegan diet, since it is what we have generally been raised on. This is important as this connects us with our taste memories, making vegan dishes more familiar. This can be a slow process for some people and less slow for others; however, the important thing is to enjoy a conscious and vegan diet in a happy way; so it is valid to opt for these alternatives. I think this recipe is great, it is really simple if we already have the tofu prepared and it is very rich and nutritious. Thanks for bringing your great vegan recipes to Plant Power Vegan.
