Today we publish other edition of the special curatorship, which will complement the MEATLESS MONDAY; that we have called: THE BEST OF THE WEEK. Our intention with this post is to recognize the best of the best of the posts that you, friends of Hivers, share weekly in our Plant Power (Vegan) community, selecting the top three recipes from the previous week; which on this occasion corresponds to the period from Wednesday, September 21, to Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

Each of the selected publications will be reviewed in this curatorship, and in turn, its author will be awarded 0.5 Hive in order to give him/her a modest recognition for the excellence and quality of his/her work.

Having said all of the above, let's see which recipes are THE BEST OF THE WEEK in this edition

Stir-fried beans / red pepper and cheese flavor (vegan) 🧀🌶️ | by @plantasticka

With the arrival of autumn, nothing better than a plate of delicious hot, spicy and comforting food, as is this recipe for cheese-flavored stir fried beans, which @plantasticka this week shared with all of us. In a complete post, with beautiful photos, she details the step by step of this practical recipe, so it deserves to be part of the Best of the Week.

Fideos con vegetales salteados🥕🧅🥦 te enseño a prepararlos paso a paso. [ESP-ENG] | by @denissemata

Sometimes a great meal doesn't have to be complex, difficult or very long to prepare, and this is demonstrated by @denissemata with a good recipe for noodles with sautéed vegetables, to which she adds some delicious sesame seeds, thus creating a nutritious, tasty and simple to prepare dish, which she shared in a post with beautiful photos, so it also deserves to be part of The Best of the Week.

Homemade Vegan Bigos - My First Polish Dish | by @mypathtofire

This week @mypathtofire surprised us with the first vegan recipe post in the community. Although he is a friend of Plant Power (Vegan), and has posted here before, today he brings us a recipe made by him, you could say it's an experiment, which has turned out excellently: He prepared a traditional Polish dish, called "Bigos", which originally is not vegan; but he has given it a twist, making a great 100% vegan version, which is finger-licking good, which is why he is also part of the Best of the Week.
