Wishing all my dear friends a very beautiful and blessed day. How are you all doing?
Coconut Mudda bites are simple, aromatic, and delightful sweets that bring together the natural sweetness of coconut with a soft, pleasant texture. Perfect for tea time or as a small treat to share with your family, these little round bites capture the comforting flavors of traditional homemade Sri Lankan sweets. With just a few everyday ingredients, you can prepare a treat that is not only delicious but also truly heartwarming.
Let’s have a look at how we can easily make this wonderful recipe.

Materials Used.
3/4 Cup of Wheat flour.
3 Teaspoon of sugar.
1/4
Salt to taste.
Cup of Grated Coconut.
Some water.
Coconut oil for frying.

The cooking process as follows.
Now let’s get ready to prepare this. First, take a bowl and add the wheat flour, grated coconut, sugar, salt, and a little water gradually, mixing everything well to form a smooth dough.
Next, take small portions from the dough and shape them nicely, as shown below, to form the sweets.
Now take a pan, add coconut oil, and place it on the stove. Once the oil is heated, add the shaped sweets and fry them until they turn golden brown.
So, once prepared this way, these coconut sweet bites turn into a delightful treat that everyone can enjoy. Their fragrant coconut aroma and light, crispy texture make them perfect for sharing at tea time or packing as a small snack. Enjoy the simplicity, flavor, and homemade goodness in every bite.
That’s all for today. Wishing you a wonderful day!
