Crispy Onion Pakoda

This dish is not only easy to make but can also be prepared in as little as 5 minutes. The star ingredient here is the humble onion, making it a popular choice for an Indian snack.

Materials Used.

5 Tablespoon of chickpea flour.
2 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
3 Tablespoon of water.
Coconut oil for frying.
1/2 Teaspoon of salt powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/4 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.

About 2 onions, cut into fairly large pieces.
About two or three pods of Kochi chillies, finely chopped.
A little bit of finely chopped garlic.
Finely chopped curry leaves.

Method of making.

The first step is to finely chop the onions, garlic, curry leaves, and chilies.

Next we take a bowl and add chopped salt, curry leaves, chillies and garlic to it and mix chilli powder, salt powder, curry powder and turmeric powder.

Next, we add 1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil, corn flour, art flour and a little water to the same mixture and mix it well.

Next we take a pot and put it on the stove and add coconut oil. After it is heated, form the prepared onion mixture into small balls and add it to the oil and fry until golden.
