Delicious and nutritious bean curry.

Good day to all my dear friends. How are you doing?
Beans are one of the healthiest and most versatile ingredients that can be added to our daily meals. Rich in protein, fiber, and essential nutrients, they provide energy and strength while also being light on the stomach. A bean curry prepared with aromatic spices and a touch of coconut or broth is not only delicious but also highly nutritious. It offers the perfect healthy balance for the whole family while delivering the essence of a wholesome and comforting dish.
So, let’s see how this recipe is prepared.

Materials Used.

Bean 200g.
Salt as needed.
Curry leaves.
Coconut oil 250ml.
Two pieces of cinnamon bark.
Two chopped green chilies.
A finely chopped onion.
1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let’s get ready to prepare this dish. First, wash the beans thoroughly, clean them well, and then cut them lengthwise into thin strips.

Next, take a cooking pan and place it on the stove. Add onions, green chilies, curry leaves, cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, and coconut milk. Let it cook for about 2 minutes.

Next, add the chopped beans to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes. Then remove from the stove.
