Cabbage is one of those versatile vegetables that can quickly be transformed into a delicious and healthy dish with just a few ingredients. Today, I’m going to prepare a tasty recipe using cabbage. Rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, it not only makes a meal light and wholesome but also adds a delightful crunch and flavor. With the right spices and a simple method, this humble vegetable can be turned into a perfect everyday dish. So, let’s see how to prepare it easily.
Materials Used.
Cabbage 250g.
About 4 chopped green chilli pods.
Some chopped curry leaves.
A finely chopped onion.
A chopped tomato.
Salt to taste.
2 Teaspoon of Chilli sauce.
1/4 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
1 Teaspoon of Chilli powder.
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Finely crushed garlic chops.
Some water.
1 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let’s prepare this. First, wash and clean the cabbage thoroughly, then slice it thinly.
Next, take a pan and add one tablespoon of coconut oil, then place it on the stove. Once the oil is heated, add onions, garlic, tomatoes, salt, and the spices, and mix everything well.
Next, add the finely sliced cabbage along with a little water, and cook it.
Finally, once the cabbage is cooked, add chili sauce, curry leaves, and ground black pepper, and mix well. After 2 minutes, remove from the stove.
In the end, this simple cabbage recipe becomes a wonderful side dish that pairs beautifully with rice, roti, or bread. It is light, nutritious, and quick to prepare—making it the perfect choice for busy days or whenever you crave a comforting homemade meal.
