This crispy bcauliflower fry is both nutritious and satisfying — perfect for anyone who loves crunchy, flavorful bites. When combined with a mix of aromatic spices and fried to perfection, it becomes an irresistible snack or a delightful side dish to enjoy with rice or roti. Materials Used.

Cauliflower 300g.
Salt to taste.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
A finely chopped onion.
A chopped tomato.
About 4 chopped green chilli pods.
Some chopped curry leaves.
Finely crushed garlic & ginger mix chops.
Coconut oil for frying.
4 Tablespoon of wheat flour.
2 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper powder.
1 Teaspoon of lime juse.
1 Teasppon Roasted curry powder.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let’s get ready to prepare the dish. First, wash the cauliflower thoroughly and break it into small florets.

Next, take a pan and add the broken cauliflower florets. Then, add turmeric powder, salt, and a little water. Partially boil the cauliflower until it becomes slightly tender.

Next, we need to prepare the batter. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and chili powder. Then, gradually add water and mix well until you get a thick, smooth batter.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add some coconut oil, allowing it to heat up well. Once the oil is hot, coat the cauliflower pieces evenly in the prepared batter and fry them until they turn a beautiful golden colour.

Next, take a pan and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil, then place it on the stove to heat up. Once the oil is hot, add onions, a ginger–garlic paste, curry leaves, green chilies, and chili powder. Mix everything well and sauté until the ingredients are nicely fried and aromatic.

Next, add tomatoes, sugar, salt, and the fried cauliflower pieces to the pan. Mix everything well so that the flavors blend together. After about 2 minutes of cooking, remove it from the stove and set aside.
