Wishing all my dear friends a very good day! 🌞 How are you all doing?

“Aval” or “Poha”, also known as rice flakes, can be transformed into a delicious and nutritious quick snack using just a few simple ingredients. This recipe combines the light texture of rice flakes with the richness of coconut, the sweetness of jaggery or sugar, and a hint of cardamom aroma — creating a naturally sweet and satisfying blend.

It’s a perfect choice for tea time, a quick breakfast, or a healthy, energy-boosting snack for kids. Today, I’d love to share with you how I easily prepared it at home.
