Sweet brinjal chutney.

Have a great day my dear friends. So how are you? As always, today is a very beautiful morning. The past few days were filled with relatives and friends. Because it was our festival week. So, I am going to show you a delicious dish prepared these days. That is eggplant chutney. Eggplant is a very healthy food and a very famous vegetable in every country. Various dishes are prepared from it. And as I have prepared, it can be used about two weeks in advance. Let's see what ingredients are needed to prepare this delicious dish.

Materials Used.

Eggplant 300g.
Dry Grapes 50g.
Dates Fruits 50g.
About two teaspoons of crushed cinnamon, cloves, cardamom.
1 Tablespoon of sugar.
Salt to taste.

1/4 cup of vinegar.
Coconut oil required for frying.
1 Teaspoons of chili powder.
1 Teaspoons of curry powder.
1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
4 or 5 Green chilli pods split in half.
About one finely chopped onions.
A little bit of finely chopped garlic.

Method of making.

Now we first need to wash and clean the eggplants and cut them thinly into long shapes.

Next we take a pot and put it on the stove and add some coconut oil. Once it is hot, fry the eggplant pieces and onions until golden.
Then fry the green chillies immediately and remove from the heat.

Next, we take a clay pan and place it on the stove, add about two tablespoons of coconut oil to it, add white salt and fry until golden brown. Now add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon powder to it and mix it.

Next we add vinegar, chilli powder, curry powder, pepper powder, sugar and salt to it and mix well. It will be cooked for about 2 minutes.

Next we add Dry Grapes, Dates Fruits and mix well.

Next, we add fried eggplant, green chillies and onions to it and mix it well and it can be removed from the stove in just 4 minutes.

new dish and delicious . You can prepare and send it to your friends and relatives abroad. While packing this should be done in sterilized bottles. Then it can be preserved for a long time.
