Bathala Roti (Sweet Potato Roti) is a simple and healthy traditional dish that beautifully combines the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes with the soft texture of roti. Materials Used.

Boiled sweet potatoes 200g.
1/2 Cup of Grated Coconut.
Wheat flour 150g.
curry leaves.
Salt to taste.
1Tablespoon of coconut oil.

The cooking process as follows.

First, mash the boiled sweet potatoes well until they become smooth and lump-free.

Next, add grated coconut, wheat flour, salt, curry leaves, and a little water gradually to the mashed sweet potatoes, and mix everything well to make a smooth dough.

Next, divide the dough into small portions.

Now, roll each dough ball into a round roti shape using a rolling pin. Next, heat a flat pan, and once it’s hot, place the roti on it. Cook both sides until they turn a golden brown color, then remove it from the pan.
