Have a great day, dear friends! How are you all doing? Today has been a rather relaxed day at work for me. I took a trip to the market to purchase some vegetables and noticed that the prices have decreased, which is a pleasant surprise. Additionally, with mangoes being abundant these days, I couldn't resist buying some raw mangoes.
Now, I'm all set to prepare a delicious mango curry using these mangoes. Mangoes are incredibly versatile, serving both as a fruit and a vegetable. They are not only delicious but also packed with essential vitamins and other nutritional components. Let's delve into the ingredients needed to create this flavorful and nutritious mango curry.
Materials Used.
1 teaspoons of chili powder.
2 tablespoon of sugar.
3 or 4 mangoes.
Salt to taste
1 cup of water
Coconut oil for frying.
some curry leaves.
3 Cloves.
2 cardamom pods.
A few cinnamon sticks.
A piece of glass.
A few cloves of garlic.
A few peppercorns.
Method of making.
Now let's first remove the skin of the mango and cut it lengthwise into pieces. Then wash it and put it in a separate bowl.
Now we add some salt to the cut mango pieces and mix well.
Now put a pot on the stove and add coconut oil to it and after the coconut oil gets hot, fry the mango pieces for about 4 minutes.
Next we add curry leaves, garlic, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and peppercorns and grind them well.
Again we put it in a clay pan and put it on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of oil and after it gets hot, add the crushed mixture and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add chilli powder, a cup of water, sugar and salt when the mix well.
Next, add the fried mango pieces and cook for about 5 minutes.
The mango curry prepared by Akarayua has an amazing taste. If packed properly, it can be stored for about a month. It's a delicious dish that pairs well with rice, bread, or roti. Prepare this dish and savor it with your family. thank you. have a nice day.

Today I went to the market too and I found some mangoes but here in Italy are really expansive, that's a shame coz it's a very suitable fruit, by the way happily prices decreases I wish it will happen here too, your recipe looks so good I never imagine that mango and curry feat well together 😋 I always learn something new.
