Materials Used.

1 Cup of wheat flour .
Salt to taste.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Some water.
3 Teaspoon of Tomato sauce.

2 medium-sized boiled potatoes.
A chopped onion.
2 chopped green chilies.
1/2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder.

The cooking process as follows.

Now let’s get ready to prepare it!
First, mash the boiled potatoes well until smooth. Then, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, salt, and a few spices. Mix everything together thoroughly to make a flavorful filling mixture for the patties.

Next, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the round-shaped dough pieces. Then, place a small portion of the prepared potato filling in the center of each piece and fold or shape them neatly as shown below.

Next, take a pan and add a small amount of coconut oil. Then, fry the prepared patties on both until they turn a sides beautiful golden brown.
