crispy cabbage and carrot fritters

Hello culinary friends, today I'm sharing another dish I made at home. This dish is certainly familiar to you, especially fried food. Yes, that's right, fried food is very popular everywhere in my area. This particular dish I'm going to make is fried cabbage and carrot fritters.

There are various types of fritters. I've made corn fritters and sweet potato fritters before, using simple recipes. But today I'm making cabbage and carrot fritters with a recipe that's crispy and lasts a long time. I was given this recipe by a vegetable fritter seller, and it's very crispy. The seller happens to be my relative.

Usually, every time I make fritters, whether it's corn fritters or vegetable fritters, they're not as crispy as this. Well, it turns out there's an ingredient that I don't use when making fritters, and it turns out I know why the fritters are so crispy, hehe. Materials used

10 tablespoons flour
1/2 cabbage
1 carrot
1 stalk spring onion
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon salt


First


First I cut the carrots into matchsticks, and I also cut the cabbage into small pieces then I washed them clean

Second


Next, I grated the garlic with a cheese grater. Once it was smooth, I added it to the flour, which I had transferred to a larger container to make it easier to stir later.

Next, I added granulated sugar, ground spices, instant yeast and also the vegetables.

then I added a little water and then I stirred it until it was evenly mixed and I also added spring onions

Next, I took a spoon and fried it until it turned golden brown.

and this is the result, my carrot cabbage vegetable fritters are ready and it turns out they are really crispy after being cooked, especially when they are served hot like this, the taste is really delicious immediately, and the aroma is also very fragrant,

when bitten it is really crunchy, it tastes savory and a little sweet, it's really perfect. This time I made the fritters, and the vegetables are also crunchy, crunchy, I think it's really delicious to eat them while dipping them in sauce, because my stock of sauce is running out, so I just eat it like this, just like this it's also really delicious

I like these fritters now cabbage it's cheap and seasonal in my area ( carrots luckily are always cheap) I must try this recipe.
