Ingredients...
About 5 raw bananas.
2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
Salt as needed.
1/3 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
Coconut oil for frying

The order of preparation.
Step 1:-
First, I removed the thick outer skin of the raw bananas. Then, I sliced them into thin pieces.

Step 2:-
Next, because the banana slices tend to turn Astringency quickly, I added a little salt and a little turmeric powder to them and mixed everything well.

Step 3:-
Next, I took a pan, added some coconut oil, and placed it on the stove. Once the oil was heated, I added the banana slices and fried them until they turned golden brown.

Step 4:-
Next, I added a little chili powder and pepper powder to the fried banana slices and mixed them well.

They look really delicious and are definitely a better option than those that come packaged and contain a lot of preservatives and chemical additives =)
