Let's prepare a delicious and nutritious curry with Ridge Gourd.

Ridge gourd, well known for its soft texture and mild flavor, makes a wonderfully light and nutritious dish that fits perfectly into a balanced meal. Ingredients...

Ridge Gourd 250g.
1/2 Cup of coconut milk.
1 small onion.
2 Green chili pods.
Curry leaves.
About 2 cloves of garlic.
2 pieces of Rampe.
2 pieces of cinnamon.
Salt as needed.
1/2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.

The order of preparation.

Step 1:-
First, peel off the hard outer skin of the ridge gourd, wash it well, and slice it into thin round pieces. Next, finely chop the onions, garlic, and green chilies.

Step 2:-
Next, take a cooking pot and add the sliced ridge gourd pieces along with green chilies, curry leaves, pandan leaves, cinnamon, onions, garlic, chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, and salt. Mix everything well by hand to combine the flavors.

Step 3:-
Next, place it on the stove, add a little coconut milk, and mix everything well together.

Step 4:-
Now, cook it for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously, and then remove it from the heat.
