Easy Vegan Recipe - Potato Vaji with Tomatoes



Friends, Happy Thursday everyone.

Today was very beautiful and bright and this kind of environment is really enjoyable for me. Because the environment of our country is becoming toxic day by day and our city is one of the most polluted in the world, which is really unexpected for us. But still we try to realize the dreams of life from within this city.

Today I am going to share with you another easy and delicious vegan recipe. I make this when I don't have much time or am a little busy. See, we all have some favorite recipes, which are not only delicious but also take less time to prepare. And we try to enjoy those recipes in all aspects.

Potato is a readily available vegetable, just like tomato is more readily available at this time, so the great combination of the two doubles the taste. And that's why I make this recipe a lot during the winter season, especially with sourdough bread for breakfast. Everyone in my house loves this special recipe with flour bread.

See, everyone's attraction to favorite recipes or things is comparatively a little higher, but this is normal. And if that subject is highly preferred then the attraction towards it is easily doubled. Hope you will like the recipe and you will also express your interest.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Tomatoes 200 grams
  • Potato 200 grams
  • Onion 1 large size
  • Raw chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 10 grams
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 3 teaspoons

Preparatory phase-

First I put oil in a pan on the stove, when the oil was hot I chopped onion and fried it lightly with raw chilies.

Then I sliced the tomato, mixed it with onion and covered it with a lid for some time to boil it quickly.

Then remove the lid and add turmeric, chilli, coriander, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and salt, then mix well.

Then I covered again for some time, removed the lid and chopped coriander leaves, mixed all the ingredients well.

After that I cooked it for a short time, then checked and took it down for serving.

Then I put them on a plate to serve, see how today's special and easy recipe turned out. In fact, the taste of tomatoes doubles the appeal of any recipe.

Tomatoes cook very quickly, and potatoes do not take much time to cook, so this particular recipe can be prepared in no time, and tastes great. We try to taste it with flour bread and hot rice.
