La Receta de hoy la llamo: Pura sabrosura

Comparto para ustedes una bebida muy buena, nutritiva, saludable y además súper fácil de preparar sin enrollarse mucho y con frutas muy accesibles como lo es el inconfundible cambur potentísimo fuente de potasio pero también excelente fruto que ayuda a prevenir y controlar enfermedades relacionadas con el corazón y luego entra en escena el coco conocido como “el fruto navegante” y es que colonizó cientos de costas marinas en la tierra gracias a su flotabilidad en el agua y durabilidad de su semilla, esta rica fruta es ideal para personas que se encuentran con algún tipo de debilidad física y su leche sirve como sustituta para los que buscamos la opción para la leche animal, entonces juntas en una sola bebida ambas se fusionan para conformar una fuente de sabrosura.

𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔:
• 1 coco
• 2 cambures
• El agua extraída del coco
• 2 cucharadas de azúcar (opcional)
𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔:
- 1 coconut
- 2 camburs
- Water extracted from the coconut
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
Extraer el agua de coco, picar el coco y extraer su pulpa, pelar y picar el cambur en trozos pequeños.
Extract the coconut water, chop the coconut and extract its pulp, peel and chop the cambur in small pieces.
Colocar el coco en la licuadora, luego el agua de coco, el cambur, el azúcar, batir por espacio de 3 a 4 minutos y colar.

Servir y disfrutar del mismo, saboreará una bebida especial con un sabor sin igual. Salud y salud
