Get ready to tantalize your taste buds this season with some new recipes from my kitchen as we need to enjoy 😊 while celebrating πŸ₯³ end of the year in good health. Since am a lover of breads, I will also be including breads for breakfast during this holidays πŸ˜€.

Today I made this round loafsπŸ₯―to share with you which is not just an ordinary bread but one that turned out a pure delight - with each bites from the combination of cinnamon powder, butterscotch and strawberry extract, picturing a loaf infused with touch of flavors. Taste so irresistible that you must include it in your roaster.

When trying out new recipes , am always curious on how the end result will taste but I tell you that this combination of three (3) ingredient flavors are all we need in a loaf that will leave your kitchen with touch down aromas which will attract your family for this holiday get together.

Its a quick and simple recipe for morning breakfast , tea 🍡 or chocolate 🍫 drinks, because all you need do is throw all the ingredients together in bowl πŸ₯£, adding your warm water for a perfect knead into a fine dough that makes your delightful loaf πŸ₯―.

INGREDIENTS:

300 g of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of premium sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
11/2 teaspoon of dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (1/2 for sprinkling)
10 ml of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of butterscotch extract
1 teaspoon strawberry extract

1/4 jug of warm water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

This is one quick and simple recipe, so we will start by adding the flour in a large bowl above.

Step 2.

We add our dry ingredients into the flour. The yeast, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.

And we stir them into the flour .

Step 3.

We add our strawberry and butterscotch extracts here above

We stir to incorporate

We incorporate the margarine 🧈 using the tips of our fingers

Step 5.

To make our dough, we add the warm water bit by bit, stirring gradually

And we add the vegetable oil to knead into a fine dough.

We have our dough ready here.

Step 7.

To make our shape of a round dough, we cut the dough into two (2), then into four (4).

We mold each into a straight long roll, then join the two thin edge together

Step 8.

We place them into the floured baking pan, sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top of each mold.

We cover the dough for 20 minutes to double in size

And once time elapsed, we bake for 20 minutes to obtain our delightful flavorful round loafs.

This quick and simple bread will be a good recipe to be included in our holidays breakfast recipe since it’s straightforward and does not need time wasting.
