Warm happy Sunday greetings vegan friends and community 😍!

I hope you all are doing well enjoying your Sunday with your loved ones and families. And will want to treat them with something delicious from oven bake.

Today I will share with you how you can make and enjoy your pie πŸ₯§ in a more easier and straightforward process with fillings of spiced mashed potatoes. I was delighted to make this recipe this weekend as I went visiting my daughter in school and since she likes meat pies πŸ₯§,

I decided to make a vegan 🌱 spicy mashed potatoes pie which I know she will love ❀️ and enjoy at the same time. Its a simple recipe with just few ingredients that comes together with satisfying taste.

Below are I share with you every step by step process you need to make this recipe πŸ₯§πŸ₯.

INGREDIENTS:

300 g of all purpose flour 1 large fresh potatoes 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons if margarine 1/2 cup of cake sugar 1 large cherry tomatoes 2 fresh hot peppers 1:4 medium onions 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 baking soda 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 glass of spring water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

We begin the recipe by cutting slashing and peeling the potatoes above.

Then cut the potatoes in chips strips to cut dice it readily above.

Step 2.

Once the diced potatoes is ready, we wash and soak it for 5 minutes

Then drain sieve it readily above.

Step 3.

We wash and slice chop the tomatoes, onions and hot peppers readily

Step 4.

Next, heating up the veg oil, we will stir fry the onions, tomatoes and pepper first to sautΓ©.

And add our chopped dice potatoes, stir together to incorporate, using low heat.

Step 5.

We add our extra spices here above. Chili powder, curry and salt.

And incorporate them properly here above.

Step 6.

We add just about 3 spoons of water and cover to steam all over.

Stir finally into a spicy mashed potatoes filling πŸ₯§

Step 7.

Next is to mix our flour dough adding all the dry ingredients. Baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar above.

We stir to incorporate them all.

Add the margarine, incorporating with the tips of our fingers above.

Step 8.

To obtain the dough, we add our water mix gradually, and use our hand to knead into a fine dough .

Next we cut into chunks for spreading with roller and filling in the stir fried mashed potatoes

Here we close up the filling and dress the edges using a fork.

Step 9.

Once they are all wrapped up, we take into the oven and bake them for 40 minutes at 200 Celsius.

And its all ready with a golden bake and delicious aroma you will love to share with family and loved ones.

This is one whole of a new way to make and enjoy your pie πŸ₯§πŸ₯ in a delicious and appetizing treat with coffee β˜•οΈ, tea 🍡 or warm milk friends of vegan 🌱.

You can also make it before hand or in large quantity to refrigerate and microwave warm it in few days to enjoy as brunch or snacks time for family. You sure will love this recipe.
