Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, As usual, I wish you a good evening my dear. I hope you are very happy today. So today I have come to you with a very delicious recipe that you can make quickly. This is a snack that is meant to be eaten at tea time. That is Dhal Vade. We called "Parippu wade". So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 300g of dhal
- 250 ml of oil
- A handful of curry leaves
- A piece of rumpe
- About four green chillies
- About one large onion
- Two tablespoons of chilli pieces
- A tablespoon of chilli powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- One and half teaspoons of salt powder
- One and cups of water
The method of making;
Wash the dhal thoroughly three to four times.
Then put it in a bowl and let it brew one and a half cups of water for about 5 minutes.
After that, filter the water and remove it.
Put about 4 tablespoons of soaked dhal in another bowl. Keep it aside.
Now blend the soaked dhal in a blender for about 30 seconds.
Add the remaining 4 tablespoons of dhal to the blended dhal.
Now cut the big onions, curry leaves, pandan leaves and green chillies into very small pieces.
Add all the chopped onions, curry leaves, pandan leaves and green chillies to the blended dhal.
Now add other all spices.
All mix well.
Now apply oil well on your hands.
Now take some part of the mixture and make a small ball out of it.
Then put the ball on the palm and press a little.
Now add oil to the pan and put it on the stove and let it heat well and then keep the flame on low.
Now fry the dhal balls until they are golden in color for about five to six minutes on low flame.
Made dhal wade.
Very tasty Dhal Vade. Easy to make. It won't take much time. And I'm sure a good recipe. A good recipe for tea. Or it can be used even for a bite during a festival. Or children will also like it when they make lentil wade like this.
Warmly thanking you for reading.

Absolutely delicious
It is all time favorite of mine when I used to go to school the canteen guy used to make it.
I would eat it with coconut chutney but without the extra chilies.
Then when I used to be at home I would ask my mom to make the dal vada's for me.
Now with your recipe I feel I can make these dal vada's for my mom and thank her for all the lovely cooking she does.
Thanks once again @templeflower for the recipe.
Have you joined the quest it is a great chance for us to win a share of $10000 so why not try
