Let's make and taste 'String hoppers Asmi', a very wonderful sweet.

Here I have brought you today very sweet food that you can have for evening tea. You can have this as a dessert or sweet food.Today I have brought you the 'String Hoppers asmi' recipe. So it doesn't take much time to make string hopper asmi.It doesn't cost much. This asmee is made by drying the leftover string hoppers from the string hopper that we make for breakfast. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • about ten leftover dried string
    hoppers
  • Three pods of cardamom
  • Half cup of water
  • Two drops of red food coloring
  • 80g of sugar
  • 200ml of oil
  • A pinch of salt powder

The method of making;

First you need to roast the cardamom and remove its skin.

Now want to fry these dried string hoppers in oil. Heat a suitable pan and add oil to it. After the oil is well heated, reduce the flame of the stove and fry these string hoppers one by one in low flame.

In about a minute both sides will be well fried and puffed up.

Now heat another vessel and add sugar to it.

Then add water.

Now add pinch of salt, cardamom seeds and food coloring and stir.

Bring to a boil, stirring for about seven to eight minutes on medium flame.

The honey is right thick, and when you pick it up with a spoon, it will spread in the form of a string. Then turn off the stove and remove the sugar mixture from the stove.

Now take the fried string hopper one by one and pour the sugar mixture on it with a spoon.
