So today I brought a sweet recipe to show you with the art that I love. Delicious sweet recipe that can be prepared very quickly and does not require a large amount of ingredients.his is called sugar flakes in my country. But I made this with a little change. But let's see how to make these delicious sugar flakes that have no difference in taste and look very beautiful.
Ingredients;
- A cup of wheat flour
- 150ml of oil
- 125ml of water
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- Half cup of sugar
- Three pods of cardamom and few pieces of cinnamon
The method of making;
First, add the flour to the bowl and add the same salt powder at the same time. After that, add two tablespoons of coconut oil and stir everything.
After mixing this mixture well, its texture will show properly if you can take it in the form of a ball in your hand.
Now add water little by little and prepare the flour mill.
Then chop the cardamom and cinnamon into small pieces.
Now let's prepare the sugar syrup.
Put a suitable container on the stove and add sugar to it.
Add half a cup of water to it and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Add cardamom and cinnamon after the sugar dissolves well in low flame for about three minutes.
After about eight minutes, when the sugar mixture has dissolved well, remove from the heat.

Take one ball each and knead for five minutes.
Sprinkle some flour on the thinning disc and take one ball each as shown in the picture and thin it out.
Apply a few drops of oil on the thinned rotti.

Roll the all rotties as shown in the picture.
Apply some oil at the end and roll the roti well so that it does not stick.
Cut into five equal parts.

Add hot oil and fry.
Meanwhile, heat the sugar syrup we made earlier.
Fry on low flame for about ten minutes by turning both sides, when it turns golden, add it to the sugar syrup.
Keep both sides in the sugar syrup for about ten minutes, one side for five minutes.
