Thank you. I have published some times in the past from foodies bee hive community (since early 2022). Can I still publish there as an "old" member i.e. omitting face photos?

You can't, we just changed the rules, and having been inactive for over two years, we don't consider you to be an old member.
In Hive there are other gastronomic communities that may accept your posts without showing your face, but in Plant Power Vegan, Foodies Bee Hive and even Amazing Drinks, those rules exist.
I hope you have the best of luck, recover, and find some other community to post to.
