Godok godok palm sugar sauce, traditional Indonesian cake

Godok godok or Cekodok is the name of a traditional cake from the province of West Sumatra, Indonesia.
Godok godok cakes are usually made from bananas that are too ripe and mushy, so bananas that are too ripe and cannot be made fried bananas will be used as godok godok cakes. Bananas that are too ripe will be mixed with flour, then fried until fluffy (similar to the body of a frog). There are also those who add grated coconut to the banana and wheat flour mixture to give it a more savory taste.

At home there are bananas that are very ripe and soft, so today I will make a godok godok cake with banana and flour ingredients. So that the taste of the godok godok cake is more flavorful, then I will add palm sugar sauce.

Which one do you choose? Godok godok cake without palm sugar sauce or godok godok cake with palm sugar sauce?

Tips:
1.to get a softer godok godok cake, you can add baking soda, so the godok godok dough is more fluffy.

2.use enough cooking oil to fry the dough, so that the dough is submerged in the oil when frying.

Good luck making delicious godok godok cakes.
