In this world there are many foodstuffs with various textures and tastes, this is the challenge for the cook, to combine various textures and flavors, making it a decent and delicious dish.
Today I will combine the crunchy peanut taste with the savory petai, to make a chili sauce that will shake your tongue, because it tastes spicy and savory (the savory taste is obtained from the petai).
For hive lovers who love spicy food, get ready to be addicted to the taste of peanut sauce.
I do not use artificial flavoring, so I add mushrooms, to enrich the taste, the sweet taste of the mushrooms and the fatty texture, making the mushrooms a natural flavoring,we can use any kind of mushrooms, which are safe to eat.
Before starting to cook, I will invite hive lovers to get acquainted with the main ingredients of our cuisine, namely peanuts and petai.
