I confess that I like recipes that are practical but delicious, so this one does not escape from that simplicity that I always look for, the ingredients we will use are the following:

  • 02 eggplants.
  • Juice of 02 lemons.
  • 01 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 01 tablespoon of sesame cream.
  • 03 peeled garlic.
  • Salt.

Les confieso que me gustan las recetas prácticas pero que resultan deliciosas, así que esta no escapa de esa sencillez que siempre busco, los ingredientes que usaremos son los siguientes:
  • 02 Berengenas.
  • El jugo de 02 limones
  • 01 Cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 01 Cucharada de crema de ajonjolí.
  • 03 Ajos pelados.
  • Sal.

La base de esta crema es lograr la cocción asada y ahumada de las berenjenas para esto llevas las berenjenas sobre la parrilla de la cocina, usa fuego lento y mantén la atención para que le vayas dando vuelta y se cocinen por todos sus lados.

Cuando esté listo, deja enfriar para luego retirar las cochas, estas salen fácilmente solo con tus manos. Y ve colocando la pulpa en el envase donde vas a licuar.
