Hola hola amigos veganos en todo el mundo, por aca estamos nuevamente en el desafío de #compra vegana propuesto por la amiga @sirenahippie, que en esta oportunidad es sobre granos, habas , frijoles, judias, que sin duda forman parte de nuestras compras semanales, como complemento de nuestra alimentación!
Se consigue una gran variedad, son muy nutritivos y deliciosos, además de ser muy versátiles a la hora de prepararlos, algunos como los frijoles bayos son muy fáciles de cosechar, yo los he cosechado muchas veces en casa, mi madre tiene un buen espacio en su casa y, en época de invierno lo llena con plantas de frijoles, de allí cosechamos toda la familia y, comemos por un tiempo.!
Pero, por supuesto, tambien esta la opcion de comprarlos en el mercado; y, aceptando el desafío de esta semana, me fui al pueblo en busca de granos, por favor acompáñenme en mi recorrido!

En mi recorrido visite varios puestos, y compré medio kilo de caraotas negras por 35bs y medio kilo de lentejas por 55bs.
Generalmente compro productos frescos, no empaquetados, porque tienden a ser mas blandos y fáciles de cocinar, ya que una de las dificultades a la hora de escoger los granos es no saber si son blandos, me ha pasado algun as veces con las caraotas negras, que no las he podido ablandar, y las he perdido.
Cuando compro granos suficientes no me gusta conservarlos en bolsas, yo los coloco en un envase plástico seco, y los conservo en la nevera, alli no le salen gorgojos, eso lo aprendí de mi mama!
Uno de los trucos para comprar frijoles bayos es fijarse en el color, debe ser marron claro, eso significa que esta nuevo, pero si es marron intenso, es porque tiene mucho tiempo y su sabor no es igual!

Amiga excelente compra de granos. Comparto contigo en la compra de granos que no estén procesados. Prefiero los criollos. Pero cuando no los consigo de esa forma los compro de marca pantera. Son lo que a mi parecer son de mejor calidad. Están más frescos y limpios. Gracias por compartir tu compra.
Así es amiga, los frescos son la mejor opción, pero si no se consiguen, tocan los procesados, jajajaja
