He realizado un delicioso,refrescante y nutritivo helado ,para disfrutar estos dรญas que el clima estรก muy caluroso, y de esta forma me uno a la competencia que estรก realizando @qurator Hive Top Chef:ยกHelado!.
Mi propuesta para el dรญa de Hoy es Helado de Banana con Cacao.๐๐จ
La Banana conocida tambiรฉn como cambur,guineo o plรกtano y nos aporta vitaminas B6,C,รกcido fรณlico,hierro,zinc,potasio y magnesio. Asรญ que al combinarlo con el Cacao que es muy rico en antioxidantes entre otros y preparamos este helado no solo nos estamos dando un gusto y refrescandonos del calor, si no que estamos nutriendo nuestro organismo.
Los invito a que me acompaรฑen a nuestra cocina a realizarlo,y vean como con tan pocos ingredientes podemos realizar este helado y mantenerlo refrigerado en nuestra nevera y disfrutarlo cuando nos provoque o ofrecerlo a las visitas.
Dรฉjame decirte que di tienes unas bananas que estรกn demasiados maduros ya no tienes que botarlas pues es mejor aรบn para esta receta.
Los ingredientes a utilizar son los siguientes.

I have made a delicious, refreshing and nutritious ice cream, to enjoy these days that the weather is very hot, and thus I join the competition that is making @qurator Hive Top Chef: Ice cream.
My proposal for today is Banana Ice Cream with Cacao.๐๐จ
Banana is also known as cambur, banana or plantain and provides us with vitamins B6, C, folic acid, iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium. So by combining it with cocoa which is very rich in antioxidants among others and prepare this ice cream we are not only giving us a taste and refreshing us from the heat, if not we are nourishing our body.
I invite you to join me in our kitchen to make it, and see how with so few ingredients we can make this ice cream and keep it refrigerated in our fridge and enjoy it when it provokes us or offer it to visitors.
Let me tell you that if you have some bananas that are too ripe you don't have to throw them away because it is even better for this recipe.

3 Cdas de cacao en polvo.

1 Cda de vainilla.

1/4 Cda de canela.

Lluvia de chocola te para decorar.

Trozos de chocolate de taza

โ 1 Tbsp vanilla.
โ 1/4 Tbsp cinnamon.
โ Drizzle of chocola te to decorate.

- Pelamos la banana y luego la cortamos en rodajas.โ
๐ฃ Step number one.โ
- We peel the banana and then cut it into slices.โ
๐ฃ Paso nรบmero dosโ .
- Colocamos las rodajas de banana en un envase, lo tapamos y luego llevamos a congelar.
๐ฃ Step number twoโ .
- We place the banana slices in a container, cover it and then take it to freeze.โ
๐ฃ Paso nรบmero tresโ
- Sacamos las bananas ya congeladas las colocamos en la licuadora, le vertemos encima el cacao en polvo.

- Take out the frozen bananas and place them in the blender, pour the cocoa powder over them.

- Ahora le agregamos la canela.

- Ahora licuamos todos en intervalos interrumpidos apagamos la licuadora y con la cuchara tratamos de integrar todo bien y luego volvemos a licuar hasta que quede todo bien cremosito.

- Now we blend all in interrupted intervals we turn off the blender and with the spoon we try to integrate everything well and then we blend again until it is very creamy.

- Vertemos en un envase.

- We pour into a container

- Esparcimos bien en el envase y llevamos a congelar.
๐ฃ Step number eight.โ
- We spread well in the container and take to freeze.
๐ฃ Paso nรบmero nueve โ
- Llevamos el chocolate de taza al microhondas para derretirlo o tambiรฉn lo puedes hacer en baรฑo de Marรญa,luego agregamos un poco a la copa dรณnde vamos a colocar el helado.

- We take the chocolate cup to the microwave to melt it or you can also do it in a double boiler, then add some to the cup where we are going to place the ice cream.

- Sacamos el envase con el helado congelado de la nevera,y con la cuchara hacemos bolas de helado.
๐ฃ Step number ten โ
- We take the container with the frozen ice cream out of the fridge,and with the spoon we make ice cream balls.

- Agregamos a la copa tres bolas de helado.
๐ฃ Step number eleven โ
- We add to the glass three scoops of ice cream.

- Vertemos encima del helado el chocolate de taza derretido, luego le colocamos la lluvia de chocolate para darle un lindo acabado.

- We pour the melted cup chocolate on top of the ice cream, then we put the chocolate rain on top to give it a nice finish.

Y aquรญ ya en el paso final, les muestro lo bello que luce este helado y el sabor es una delicia al paladar la banana le da el dulzor que necesita el helado y su cremosidad, pero el cacao le aporta todo su sabor.
