Bread roll with cabbage

There are many wonderful recipes made with cabbage, and this delicious recipes is one of them.

Bread roll with cabbage came from my creative mind, and believe me, it taste great. Everyone confirmed it.

The cabbage idea came from this week's quarator: @hivetopchef competition featuring cabbage, you can check it on the @quarator blog.

I love how crispy the bread became and how nice the cabbage inside the bread tasted after the whole process.
Believe me, one bite will definitely convince you.

Below is a run down of both the ingredients used and the process of making a nice and exquisite bread roll with cabbage.

Ingredients needed

🌻_6 slice of bread or more
🌻 _Small sized cabbage
🌻 _Two fingers of carrot
🌻 _Little quantity of cucumber
🌻 _little quantity of green peas
🌻 _I full cup of groundnut oil
🌻 _Vegetable salad cream

You can add as many vegetables that are available to you.

This is a quick and easy meals that takes about 10 minutes to make if your vegetables were cut at the market like mine.
I bought the already cut vegetables direct from the market which made it less time consuming.

Procedure

Below are the processes of making this Exquisite bread cabbage roll.

👉 Cut out the edges of your bread using a sharp knife and a cutting board.

👉 Using a rolling pin , roll your bread till very flat and set aside.

👉 Cut your cabbage, carrot, peas and other vegetables and combine

👉 Add the vegetable salad cream to the combined cabbage mix with a spoon and set aside

👉 add the mixed cabbage to the flattened bread and roll .

👉add oil to the tip so it sticks together.

👉 In a deep pot, add your groundnut oil and allow it to get hot a little.

👉 add the rolled bread and fry till golden brown , remove from oil

👉Serve with any juice of your choice or eat as snacks.

The recipe is very nice and sweet , you should try it someday.

This is a great recipe, which you have developed in detail. We congratulate you for that, but remember that this is a VEGAN community, it is not a VEGETARIAN community.

If you use a product that is of plant origin, please post a photo of the packaging or bottle, because it may be thought that you have used mayonnaise, which has components of animal origin. If you have the packaging, edit your post and include the photo.

If you prepare that cream, you must show how you make it.
