Ingredients needed

I used the four basic ingredients needed to make it look wonderful and they are ...

🌻3 Cups Groundnut
🌻2 teapoon of Salt
🌻1cup of Groundnut oil for frying
🌻3 cups Water(Washing the Groundnut and extracting the oil)

Duration

I spent about two hours to produce these snacks, and that's because I used the fresh Groundnut from the market and I had to roast it first before blending but using the already roasted Groundnut will reduce the time consumed.

Procedure for processing

Like I said before, I used the fresh Groundnut direct from the market which consumed time.

Soak your groundnut using a lukewarm water and salt ,wash and drain out the water using a Steve.

Step 2

Set your clean pot on the fire and add anything you use in roasting the Groundnut but as for me, I prefer garri to other things.
Add the Groundnut when your garri becomes hot and stir from time to time

Step 3

Stir it until it turns golden brown , transfer to a Steve to remove the garri then transfer to a tray and allow to cool down a little.

Step 4

Remove the peel by transferring it into a clean material and squeezing it with your hands .
Transfer to a tray then use your hands to remove the stubborn peels

Step6

Squeezing to extract the oil.

Add water little by little and squeeze the paste (note:do not add much water, just add little by little so as not to add excess water and in the process spoil the entire work).
While adding the water and squeezing you will notice the little oil coming out from the paste
