RE: Vinyl records: grooves that hold the soul of a story

in Hive Collectors10 days ago

I love that, in addition to having a beautiful and extensive collection, you have everything you need to play and store them, including furniture and a gramophone 😍 I wasn't around during their golden age; I arrived when cassettes were already in fashion, but my grandfather has several vinyl records, although he doesn't have a gramophone, just a slightly more modern player that can also play cassettes and CD's haha

Your collection is great! ❤️

Hi, I love the cassette format. I still have my recordings on chrome tapes, which, despite the years, retain very good quality. Well-processed digital music can be technically very good, but nothing beats the more authentic sound of an analog recording. It has depth and that magic that recreates the original source sound.
It's great to know you have vinyl records that belonged to your grandfather; it's like having a piece of his personal taste and history. Thanks for commenting. Best regards.
