Yeah the cost of living in the US too is relatively high, that I know. But when I hear or see you write about living in Japan, I'm also thinking labour and well poverty of s sort but then if the economy of a nation is good and people can relatively earn well, then I think they can afford to spend.
In places like Nigeria the dwindling economy is the main reason why we have poverty and unemployment and even when u earn relatively well too, it doesn't allow you save or have an investment overtime due to inflation. So far, hive has become a really huge saving grace.
I think America will start moving in that direction too. I see many of my friends struggling despite having high salaries in comparison to some other countries, and actually the salaries aren't as high as Japan or some of Europe.
I sure hope it can help more people, not just with instant income, but with long term investment in the platform. :-)
