Hey, that dish is very interesting, it calls my attention, in my father's lands called Barlovento, they eat like that, the only thing I see new is the parboiled egg, otherwise, the yam, the avocado, the plantain and the salty if they would be in the dish. Thank you for sharing this dish in Ghana.
