Un poco nerviosa me di a la tarea con ayuda de @carmencitavdc, la Hiver que me invitó a este ecosistema, de realizar mi primer video sobre medicina natural.
Tengo la inmensa fortuna de vivir en un medio rural donde las plantas de todo tipo son accesibles, ya sea en nuestro patio trasero, en el del vecino, o en los alrededores. Y ese conjunto de plantas es nuestra farmacia. Sin efectos colaterales, sin químicos, sin pastillas dañinas para el estómago, el hígado, los riñones. Porque... Todos sabemos que el tomar pastillas afecta el estómago y nos mandan a tomar protector gástrico ¡Que también viene en forma de pastillas!
En este video hablaré de las propiedades terapéuticas de las plantas de guanábana, chaya y guayaba. Las tengo sembradas en el corral. - En Venezuela, al patio trasero de las casas lo llamamos "corral".
Acá en el texto - no en el vídeo - les contaré que en mi corral pueden encontrar plantas terapéuticas, comestibles y ornamentales. No solo eso, también encontrarán un niño bastante travieso 😄 José Andrés, pariente lejano, a quien cuidamos entre mi hermana Marelvis y yo mientras sus padres trabajan. Llena de alegría y risas nuestros días.
Además en el corral encontrarán unas cuantas gallinas, pollitos y un gallo. También loros y a Yanina, mi gata, ¡todo un personaje!
Ella es la encargada - encargo que se ha auto impuesto - de despertarme a diario a las 5:30 a.m. Esto lo hace metiendo su patita por debajo de la puerta de mi habitación, halándola y soltándola con rapidez hasta que ese "tun, tun, tun" me despierta.
Pero hay más animalitos en casa, que no están en el corral: hay una familia de colibríes que residen en el piso superior.
