Today's training was deadlifts, overhead press and pull-ups.
I read an article about an old school training method by Doug Hepburn where 8 sets of 2 reps is gradually progressed to 8 sets of 3 reps, and thought I would try it with deadlifts.
As written, in each workout one of the sets of two is increased to a set of three.
I started with a moderate weight for me, 245 pounds, so next workout I'll likely bump up two of the sets to three reps.
I'm 53, and about 195 pounds at 6'1.
The video is just the first and last in the 8 sets.
