Esta es mi entrada para el Hive Music Festival en su semana 13, segunda ronda. Es una interpretación mucho más sencilla que la primera pero no menos importante y especial, al menos para mi, ya les cuento porque y espero que les guste.

La Historia
Está canción, aunque es bastante sencilla, no la aprendí a tocar desde mis inicios en el piano. La aprendí a tocar mucha más adelante, cuando tuve la oportunidad de tocar en una orquesta sinfónica como flautista. Aunque la había escuchado muchísimas veces, nunca me había planteado tocarla. Sucede en una compañera de flauta, una gran amiga, adora esa canción y cuando supo que la habían incluido en nuestro repertorio, pues aprendió a tocarla en flauta, en un día. Luego, un día estábamos con el profesor de piano y ella dijo: "oye, que hermosa debe sonar "imagine" en piano" y recuerdo que el profesor y yo nos miramos ambos a la cara y luego le dijimos: "La canción original está en piano" y ella muy digna respondió: "Obvio, yo sé, pero me refiero a que seria bonito que alguna de nosotras (mirándome disimuladamente) tocará esa canción en piano, y fue cuando el profesor tan creativo e ingenio dijo: "Bueno, la semana que viene tienen recital, así que podrían hacer un ensamble de flauta, piano y violín y me parece que les puede quedar mu bonito, además es un muy fácil, está en Fa Mayor" y nosotras ni cortas ni perezosas le tomamos la palabras, y hablamos nada más y nada menos que con la "concertina de la orquesta" y le hicimos la propuesta, la cual aceptó. Así pues, toque por primera vez en piano, esta canción llamada Imagine del inmortal John Lennon. Eso si, cabe destacar que el piano hice que lo colocarán lo más atrás posible, y donde menos me vieran jajaja, aunque no lo parezca sufro de miedo escenido, nunca me ha gustado salir en cámaras, pero bueno, hay ocasiones especiales jajaja. Ese día mi amiga lloró toda la canción, porque su abuelo que era violinista, le tocaba siempre esa canción el día de su cumpleaños, y el señor acaba de morir unas semanas antes de ese recital. Por ese motivo esta canción es bastante especial para mi.

Then, one day we were with the piano teacher and she said: "hey, how beautiful it must sound "imagine" on the piano" and I remember that the teacher and I both looked at each other's face and then we said: "The original song is on the piano" and she very dignified answered: "Obviously, I know, but I mean it would be nice if one of us (looking at me slyly) would play that song on the piano, and that's when the teacher so creative and witty said: "Well, next week they have a recital, so they could make an ensemble of flute, piano and violin and I think they could have a very nice one, besides it is a very easy one, it is in F Major" and we neither short nor lazy took the words, and we talked to the "concertina of the orchestra" no less and made the proposal, which she accepted. So, I played for the first time on the piano, this song called **Imagine" by the immortal John Lennon.
