What a wet and windy week, still flat out roasting coffee to keep up with demand - including a full day on the 30kg with 11 back to back roasts.
Finally getting caught up with most of the work backlog, although always far more to do then hours in the day. Managing to get some weekend down time after the hectic start to the year, roll on April 12th when we can start seeing shops opening up again.

you're living in such a beautiful area, my friend. always a pleasure to see the easy traffic, beautiful buildings, and this rainy weather.
We have loads of rainy weather, although the irony is it rained all weekend, woke up Monday for work to blue skies and sun! Perfect when I have to be indoors all day working - been even sunnier and warmer today - I had a local delivery and walked the order just get a bit of sunshine on my back!
blue skies and the sun sound great especially as a source of the vitamin D :-)
Do people use masks in your city and country?
Love your dedication and the love for what you doing for your living.
In the UK we have to wear face masks whenever going into public stores, although at the moment we are still in full lockdown so very few stores are open - only those that sell food or essential items. So you can walk in the street in the sun with no mask, but if you want to go into any store you must wear a mask before entering.
i see. good results for the country where the numbers (if to believe these numbers of course) were much higher than in my country. And here אhe method of intimidation worked so "good" that often I see people driving alone in their cars wearing masks, or walking absolutely empty streets with the masks on their faces. I really can't get this, but people are like sheep - the whole country agreed to be a part of the massive vaccination with the unknown and unchecked vaccine only with one goal - to get the green passport....
Glad business is doing well, lots of businesses can’t say that. I’m quite sure you’ll get it done. Enjoy some fam time.👍
The UK is still very much in lock down, April 12th outside eating and drinking if stores have outdoor seating, then May before dining in might come back. We have been lucky to make use of domestic sales, but I do wonder how many of my cafe and pub customers will return after being forced closed for so long.
It’s the same where i am. Not all states have as strict of policies. I have a friend who deals with renting commercial real-estate he thinks 50-60% of the businesses won’t come back.
