After a disappointing soaking wet weekend, it typically turned out quite nice as soon as I was back at work. With many hopes pinned on April 12th being the start of places being opened up - it seems most of Europe is going back into Lockdown. And the Vaccine rollout has faltered due to a lack of stock, so I could be waiting a while to get my jab.
As you might expect another hectic week keeping up with roasted coffee orders, going with a 5kg roaster Monday and 30kg roaster Tuesday, back to the 5kg on Thursday. With new local business customers coming on board it should get really busy after Easter.

Awesome to see it though the eyes of another entrepreneur from another region.
