george-dee - Preparing A Fantastic Sauce For Macaroni

Welcome to another episode of the Hive Learner's Creative Sunday Initiative with George Dee. As usual we will be having a little fun preparing something in the kitchen.
For my entry this week, I decided to switch from using pictures to video and I hope you enjoy watching all the drama that happened in my favourite place in the house.


I am someone who loves meals with sauce and I have prepared several kinds of sauce just to boost my appetite. I don't know if everyone feels the same way but using fried stew for every rice, spaghetti or macaroni sometimes makes meals tiring. To help myself, I always try out different stuff to make sauce and while some turned out great, some were a disaster.

This looks like a good one and I felt it would be great to share it with my fellow Hive members.



Recipe

  • Carrot
  • "Green Pea*
  • Smoked Fish
  • Onions
  • Eggs
  • Groundnut oil
  • Dried fish
  • Onion leaf
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Salt
  • Red pepper

With the recipe, you can tell that sauce is loaded with different appetizers.


Procedure

  • Heat your pan
  • Pour some Groundnut oil into the pan and let it heat up under low heat.
  • The Green Pea should go in first
  • Add the Carrot, Onion leaf, Fish, Pepper, and Onions (Ensure the heat is at the lowest it can, allow it to fry slowly.)
  • Add your seasoning and let everything fry for a few minutes under low heat.
  • If you are the kind who loves dry sauce, don't add more oil and if you like a wet sauce, you can add some oil.
  • I don't like my sauce dry so I added more oil before turning the whisked egg into the orishirishi that I was frying earlier.
  • Allow the egg to fry to your satisfaction under low heat to avoid burning everything.
  • I have the Macaroni prepared earlier so I just served the meal as soon as it was ready.


The sauce went really well with the macaroni and I am looking for to try it again with some new recipe.
