I contacted Brian, the program owner, and he replied:
It doesn't like the gdpr stuff or referral link i think.
This is what i found. (Untick the box in the image)
To whitelist the website on Brave, click the Shield icon (lion head) in the address bar on your site, then toggle the main switch off (to disable shields) or adjust specific settings like blocking trackers/ads, cookies, or fingerprinting within the panel for that site, or add exceptions in Settings > Privacy and security > Site & Shield Settings for persistent global rules, like allowing all cookies.
I think this is for the desktop version as I couldn't find easylist cookie on my phone.

I already did switch of the shield which is actually stupid to do but I did. I also tried just the URL without ref code. Still didn't work.
Okay, thanks for the feedback. I have Brave on my phone and Chrome on my Chromebook, which is where I work with Satsman.
