I'm confused. With a reputation of 76, you must be one of the highest rated South Africans on here... (Hello from a Cape Town dolphin by the way).
I've seen a friend get his post rewards docked on a daily Splinterlands update post... there they did leave comments to explain why they did that... have you received any actual feedback about why this is happening to you?
The friend certainly wasn't repeatedly punished either... he started posting other stuff and gets rewarded again...
It seems like you have a negative curation trail where powerful people automatically downvote you? That's not fair - they should judge the current post if they have power like that.
