¡Hola a todos! Feliz año nuevo 2022
¿Cómo están?
Hoy le damos la Bienvenida al nuevo año 2022, y hablaremos sobre Propósitos enfocados en ti en este nuevo año.
Muchas veces cuando llega diciembre puede llegar la prisa o la presión de querer hacer y abarcar todo lo que no se logró durante el año, y luego que llega el otro año nuevoy el mes de Enero… y podemos sentir como un mensaje implícito que nos dice “ponte a trabajar, y a tener metas y propósitos pero para ya”
Con el pasar del tiempo me he dado cuenta de que llevar la vida, y las decisiones con tantas prisas y presiones propias o sociales, al final no tiene ningún resultado, por eso es mejor desacelerar el paso y tomárselo con calma.
Por eso es por lo que hoy quiero hablarte de definir Propósitos enfocados en ti para este año 2022.
Y tal vez ya comiences a preguntarte ¿Cómo puedo hacerlo?
Comienza por analizar y responder las siguientes interrogantes:
¿Disfrutas el proceso de establecer metas, objetivos o propósitos? ¿Lo disfrutas, o este proceso genera en ti ansiedad o miedo que paraliza?
¿El propósito o meta que estableces, lo estás haciendo por ti, porque es lo que tú quieres o es parte de una presión social o familiar que estás recibiendo?
