I agree. Taking a break when you have a bad day doesn't seem that bad and it doesn't help you in making good trades. It's not very fun but I have lost some money from trading too much and the euphoria just gets to you on some of those good days. You end up coughing up all your gains because you are too greedy.

    Saving capital is very important. We make money but you lose it all again in the market. Sometimes taking a break can be the best thing you can do. :)
