Asistí con buena compañía a una jornada voluntaria de saneamiento del Río Orinoco en Ciudad Bolívar, la actividad se llama "Abracemos Al Orinoco", y en esta ocasión quise recabar algunos testimonios de la actividad, mas allá de la acción directa de recoleción de desechos, cosa que se ha realizado en años anteriores.
El principal organizador es Rodneal @Orinoquense y se realizó con bastante éxito, por mi parte apoyé con la instalación de un punto de adopción de animales de compañía, 6 gatitos fueron adoptados y se encuentran ya en su nuevo hogar.
Alejandra tambien participó como compañera de aventuras y ultimamente se involucra en las jornadas de forma voluntaria, por eso también asume rol protagónico en el video.

I attended a volunteer cleanup day on the Orinoco River in Ciudad Bolívar with some great company. The event, called "Let's Embrace the Orinoco," was a personal project, and I wanted to gather some testimonials about the activity, beyond the direct action of collecting waste, which has been done in previous years.
The main organizer is Rodneal @Orinoquense, and it was quite successful. I helped by setting up an adoption station for pets, and six kittens were adopted and are now in their new homes.
Alejandra also participated as my adventure companion and has recently become involved in these events as a volunteer, which is why she also plays a leading role in the video.
