For today's mission we are using the suggestion by @stresskiller and it's about Witness votes. For his suggestion, he will get 3 additional credits for the Liotes ranking.
Are you using all your 30 witness votes? If no, why? And how do you chose your witnesses?
Please leave your answer as a comment below this post. Also don't forget that Liotes is running a Hive witness and you can vote for it here

Haha, unfortunately, I didn't use them all. I still have 11 votes left. I didn't stop to use the rest of the votes. It's always good to analyze and see those who best align with our thinking and way of seeing the hive.
I used most (around 25), and I leave a few for projects/people that I like if they make one. I picked most based on projects that I used, then I did them based on the APR. I have some HBD in the savings, and I would prefer to have a higher HBD APR.
I've used like 25 of the 30 witness votes.
I usually check if the witness is active by the current version and price feed. Also, when was their last block.
The last time I check, I think I have used all o fthe vot slots. :)

I actually have no idea, at least not for Hive. I'll go and check now ... Two votes left, and one vote for inactive witnesses. That means three opportunities to vote. Done !INDEED
As for the Hive-Engine - I used 11 votes there. Less options !LOLZ

On checking, I have 6 votes left. I used all 30 before, but had to unvote those with inactive nodes. I voted for those I like, or the apps I use (may have to review my votes again)
I used most of it, but not the whole 30. I leave it open to give some vote to newer people.
I vote in witnesses that I want to help mostly, sometimes people that are honest and trying to make hive more decentralized. Especially those who doesn't receive too much attention. Also those who are helping the blockchain somehow in other projects. This is a way to demonstrate appreciation. But I avoid in witnesses that add the APR interest too low.
It was 30/30 but I have just removed a few inactive ones on my list. :)
I don’t even know how many votes I’ve used, but definitely not 40. 😅 I mostly vote for people and projects I know and want to support. Nepotism again, huh?))

Used all 30 but I'll probably need to go through all of them again to do some pruning and updating!
I have 16 free votes, my votes are for the witnesses who are really immersed in HIVE and have reliable projects.

Now that you mention, actually I have not utilize all votes. Time for me to look into the witness voting
No i haven't used all 30 witness votes.
I have given to individual hivers or projects i am aware.
Frankly, i don't have any selection criteria.
Votes, were also given when i came across a request in their post and felt good about it :-).

Yes i have used all 30 votes : 0 of 30 votes remaining .
Who i pick depends on who is active on my part of hive , and who do i think can make that part a better hive .
I do tend to change my votes every 6 months just to see if people are still active and keeping their promises .
I also use my main account as a proxy for all my smaller accounts that way i only need to go through that list once , and if you really don't like to go through that witness list but still want you vote to count you can always pick someone that you think has good intentions with hive as your proxy , so that your witness votes no matter how small your Hive power is don't get lost.
As I remember in June or July I've updated my witness votes and used all of them. But honestly as so as it passed several months I think it worth to check and maybe renew / change some votes.
I have used all my witness votes. Because I think that it's important to be as involved as possible in Hive Governance. But I think I need to spend more time researching the witnesses that I have voted for.
Currently, my method is:
So the research I need to do is:

For the sustainability of hive, in my opinion, the HBD interest rate needs to be below the debt ratio

It's always good to take a look at the witnesses. The last time I remember was precisely because of Liotes that I ended up voting for the 30 witnesses. Thank you for reminding the community!
I do not use them all. I vote on projects that I am involved or ones that I have seen add value to the Hive Blockchain. I do take recommendations from those I trust for others to vote on as well.
It is similar to voting on proposals to receive Hive funds which may be a good one to ask the Liotes participants if they vote on proposals and how they determine who gets their vote to receive funds.
I use all of them and occasionally switch between them if I don't see any activity.
I also advertise some of them in each of my posts, including Liotes.witness.
Yes, I used all my 30 witness votes. I vote for projects I like, checking in from time to time to move the votes to where I feel most comfortable at any given moment.
Nope, only around 70-80% vote. I frequently vote and unvote, depend on the situation. But I won't vote again witnesses who have responded negatively towards people who unvoted them
I use Good-Karma as my proxy for witness voting. He has a better grasp of who is working for Hive than I do and I trust him 100%
If I choose them by affinity.
