I know today is supposed to be the day we ought to rest, but I can't sit on my hands for too long. Yesterday night we had some fun, so maybe I was fueled by some guilt, but I got a working branch right now for Snapie-mobile that does video uploads. Still some tweaks are needed, and I'm sure my brother will threaten to close my PR a few times, but overall a great Sunday.

Yeah, scope creep has been one of our issues, along with working on things that are actually out of scope.
I am learning a lot about project management and will keep learning so we can improve the development of our apps.
I am actually doing a test now, and I hope I can pass this time.
Scope creep is very common, so you have to actively work against it. Using project management tools could help, but constantly reminding yourself what the actual goal is before starting to work on something (and have the goal written down somewhere for reference) should help a big deal

Yeah scope creep definitely affects me too. It's more like multitasking and eventually getting overwhelmed with the weight of it all.
