Dose Preparation is an Art of Love
Art of Love for food 😆
Yes today I have an old video compiled together where I was preparing Dose at my sisters home.
Dose
Dose is a fried pancake in 100s of varieties. The batter preparation is time consuming but less effort and great taste to eat in your morning breakfast.
Every indian specially in the south indian restaurant will have Dose in their menu
Its Dose Not Dosa ! Or Dhosha
The pronunciation has taking a lot around the business tactics from pricing to planogram. And every outsider learns as the name is sold for. The word Dose is the real name and Dosa is more kind of a business name to attract non locals. The name may make them feel they are on their sides 😆
Photographs
I always have the habit of clicking photographs while I cook. Luckily my one hand is always free. Else holding a camera would be of great point and importance.
Some photographs in here

Dose is always had with coconut chilli chutney. And the restaurants in Bengaluru has started a trend of sambur with Dose. I have always opted out the concept of sambur for any kind of Dose I have.
Hope you liked the photos and the making of the video.
Will be back with new video on Threespeak soon.
Stay safe and stay healthy
