I agree with the quotation, it'll be a total downer if ones concept of onboarding hive is just money, that's not a healthy approach.
I have seen the power of friendship and collaboration and thats all one needs to earn and enjoy.... If the $$ come then yippe!

I think a lot of people say "don't think about the rewards". I never go that far, because it can be life changing for some people and so naturally we care . But this is a place where you can earn and connect from doing the things you love so the focus should be on whatever that is and how to make it work. 🐸
