You don't like the job you do. Still, you keep doing the same job. Why is that? Are there any benefits you get from staying in a job you hate?

If you quit your job today, what will you do? You will become desperate to get a new job. It takes time to find a job you like. Staying in the current job gives you more time to get a better job. You have a consistent income doing the job. It will stop as soon as you leave the job. So how are you going to take care of yourself and your family then? That's one of the reasons people stay in the job that they hate. Maybe there is no problem with the job, you just don't want to do a job anymore. You want to do something on your own. So you need to be prepared financially so that you can take care of yourself when you do something on your own till it generates money.

It is unfortunate to think that this happens very often , the invoices do not wait , but in the part where you say that possibly the work is good and the attitude of the person is the one that is really bad , I mean , possibly you work in something that you do not like . like it, but if you focus and like it, it would be something new to discover and even get out of the same vicious circle, it's the same as going for a walk, some go very well and others badly, but it's the same walk, adapting would be the best thing for me opinion and wait if you want to find what you like best

To make any change in your current situation, one of the driving forces is how badly you want it. Only complaining about the job will not do anything.

What you are going to do about it, that's important. It can be getting a new job, doing something on your own, or anything. Your action will make things happen.
