That's a great initiative indeed. It is like giving power back to the community. It will definitely increase more interaction and engagement.

Yeah... @threespeak team has great ideas... they had a lot of problems with storage and encoding videos, but it's normal for new platforms to have those problems...
But, I like the "faces" behind the project and I have been patient with them through tough times... :) Good times are in front of us :)
